Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes, we do. For bulk orders or project-based pricing, please contact us directly for a customized quote.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
For in-stock items, cancellation or changes must be made within the same day of order confirmation. For custom or non-standard items, cancellations may not be possible once processing has started.
What brands of EV chargers do you offer?
We supply trusted brands like Delta Electronics, ZJBENY, Autel, Injet and Teltonika. We also carry products from Hensel Electric and CET Inc., including combiner boxes, meters, and power quality solutions.
Are your EV chargers compatible with all electric vehicle brands?
Most of our chargers are compatible with major EV brands using Type 2 connectors. For specific compatibility questions, our team can assist you based on your vehicle model.
Do you provide technical support or after-sales service?
Absolutely. Our team offers support for installation, usage, and troubleshooting. Just reach out through phone, email, or social media.
How long does it take to receive my order after placing it?
- For standard or in-stock items:
NCR deliveries: Within 24–48 hours
• Provincial deliveries: Within 5–7 days - For non-standard or out-of-stock items:
Delivery typically takes 8–10 weeks
Lead times may vary depending on item availability and shipping conditions, but we always aim for the fastest possible delivery.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees vary depending on the item size, weight, and delivery location. We’ll provide the exact fee upon order confirmation.
What courier or delivery partners do you use?
We use a combination of our in-house delivery team, trusted logistics partners, and third-party couriers (e.g., LBC, J&T, Transportify, etc.), depending on the size and destination of the order.
Can I arrange for pickup instead of delivery?
Yes, you may arrange for pickup at our office. Just coordinate with us in advance so we can prepare your order.
Do you provide tracking or delivery updates?
For third-party couriers and provincial deliveries, tracking details will be provided once the item is dispatched. For local/in-house deliveries, our team will contact you for delivery confirmation and updates.
What are your available modes of payment?

How do I claim warranty for an item?
To claim warranty, the item must first be inspected by our team. Customers are required to provide proof of damage (photos and/or videos) along with an incident report detailing the issue. Warranty claims will only be processed once these requirements are reviewed and validated.

Are you open for walk-ins or site visits?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). For product checks or consultations, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance.
Do you have other branches or warehouses?
Currently, we operate from our main office. However, we deliver nationwide and support projects across the Philippines. Contact us to coordinate deliveries or site installations in your area.
